Now Open: The Most Dynamic Space in Denver
With over 120 years of history, The Laundry on Lawrence is entering a new period in its evolution. The oldest portion of the building was built in 1886 and the building was used as a laundry consistently since the 1890's through to 2009, having survived major renovations and several major fires through the years. The spirit of the building is kept alive in its rebirth as one of Denver's most dynamic creative communities.
The building hosts 28 studios and offices, a black box theater, an art gallery, day rental photo studio, yoga & dance studio, as well as a ton of common areas with everything from a laptop bar to an audio/visual presentation space. In addition to the great space within the building, we're surrounded by fantastic businesses like the award winning Crema Coffee House, the Matchbox, Hutch & Spoon, the Meadowlark, and Curtis Park Deli.
